Assembly instructions: - Remove the front panel from your cup holder - Slide your cup holder into the outer casing - Super Glue the adaptor plate to the cup holder front - Super Glue the vent to the adaptor plate ensuring it is aligned with the outer casing - Remove your existing vent and rear heater flap - Insert fully assembled cup holder unit in place - Open a cold one and Enjoy!
All parts are made from PETG and have been tested in a vehicle at the highest airflow/temperature setting. In addition we have tested these vents under extreme heat and they are able to withstand up to 100 °C.
